How do I change my email address and/or password?

To change your email address and/or password, please take the following steps:

1. Log in with your current email address and password.

Note: If you cannot log in because your password has expired or because you can't remember it, please refer to the following instructions: I forgot my password. What do I do?

2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

3. Select ‘My Profile’ from the drop down menu.


 

4. Click on ‘Change email & password’ on the left side of your profile page. 

5. Enter the new email address and/or password and click on 'Save'.

Please note: If you use Family Tree Builder you must change your login details in the program in addition to changing them on your MyHeritage.com profile as shown above.
