How do I cancel a subscription I purchased via the MyHeritage App?

A subscription that has been purchased via the MyHeritage app can only be canceled through the Google Play or App store depending on your mobile device.

To cancel the automatic renewal of a MyHeritage subscription that was purchase directly from the app, please follow these instructions:

Android users:

1. On your device, open the Google Play Store

2. Tap the Menu icon:

3. Scroll down the menu and tap Account:


4. Tap Subscriptions:

5. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap Cancel.


iOS users:

1. Go to Settings:

2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store:


3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen:


4. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.


5. Tap Subscriptions:

6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

7. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen to stop the automatic renewal:


Note: If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.
